BookMyIndianArtist is an online platform that connects artists, performers, and talents with recruiters, event organizers, and clients.
We act only as a facilitator and do not directly manage or guarantee bookings, performances, or outcomes.

2. User Eligibility

By using this platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• All information provided during registration is accurate and complete

• You are legally capable of entering into agreements

3. Artist Responsibilities

Artists registering on BookMyIndianArtist agree to:

• Provide genuine and accurate profile information

• Upload only original or authorized content

• Honor confirmed bookings and commitments

• Maintain professional conduct with clients

We reserve the right to suspend or remove artist profiles violating platform policies.

4. Recruiter / Client Responsibilities

Recruiters and clients agree to:

• Provide clear and accurate event details

• Communicate directly with artists regarding requirements

• Ensure timely payments as agreed with the artist

• Respect artist rights, content, and agreements

5. Bookings & Payments

• All booking terms, fees, and payments are decided mutually between the artist and recruiter.

• BookMyIndianArtist does not handle payments unless explicitly stated.

• Platform service charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
BookMyIndianArtist shall not be responsible for disputes arising from cancellations.

7. Intellectual Property

• All platform content, logos, design, and structure belong to BookMyIndianArtist.

• Artists retain ownership of their uploaded content but grant us permission to display and promote it for booking purposes.

• Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Provide false or misleading information

• Misuse artist or recruiter data

• Upload harmful, illegal, or copyrighted content without permission

• Attempt to damage or interfere with platform operations

9. Limitation of Liability

BookMyIndianArtist shall not be liable for:

• Artist performance quality or conduct

• Event outcomes or cancellations

• Financial loss or indirect damages

• Technical issues, delays, or data loss

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate any account

• Remove content violating these terms

• Restrict access without prior notice if necessary

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
