1. Booking Nature

BookMyIndianArtist works as a booking facilitation platform that connects artists with recruiters, event organizers, and clients. We do not directly manage artist performances or availability.

2. Cancellation Policy

a) Cancellation by Recruiter / Client

• Cancellations must be communicated as early as possible.

• Cancellation terms depend on the mutual agreement between the artist and the recruiter.

• Any advance paid to the artist is subject to the artist’s individual cancellation policy.

b) Cancellation by Artist

• If an artist cancels due to unavoidable circumstances, we will assist in:

  • Finding a suitable replacement (if available), or

  • Facilitating communication between both parties

BookMyIndianArtist is not responsible for losses caused by artist cancellation.

3. Refund Policy

• Refund eligibility depends on the agreement between artist and recruiter.

• Platform service charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed through the original payment method.

• Refund timelines may vary based on payment gateways or banks.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Event cancellation after artist confirmation

• No-show by client or organizer

• Incorrect information provided during booking

• Delays or cancellations caused by force majeure events
  (natural disasters, government restrictions, technical failures, etc.)

5. Modification of Bookings

• Changes in event date, time, or location are subject to artist availability.

• Additional charges may apply for rescheduling.

• Modified bookings are treated as new agreements.

6. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

• Both parties are encouraged to resolve matters mutually.

• BookMyIndianArtist may assist in communication but does not guarantee outcomes.

• Our decision regarding platform service fees will be final.

7. Policy Updates

BookMyIndianArtist reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
